Does my partner have to come?
Nope! This is a birth partner centered workshop. Enabling you to ask questions and gain information you maybe too nervous to ask in front of your loved ones.
Do I have to do loads of talking?
Nope, Talk as much or little as you want to. I give opportunities to ask questions in front of the group and anonymously too.
Im coming straight from work, do I need to bring anything with me?
The workshop is held in a popular local coffee shop. So there is the opportunity to buy drinks/ Snacks should you want to.
Ive done an Antenatal Course so how is this different?
This workshop is all about you! Its about making making connections and building a supportive network of like minded people around you. We discuss not only your role in the birth space, but practical tools you can use into parenthood. Your transition and how to bond and protect your own mental health, as well as your partners. The challenges are often different between parents and this is your chance to talk about them.
